Run this table as a gate, not a formality. A factory that answers every row in writing has already shown how it handles change control; one that replies “standard” without numbers is showing you where the reorder argument starts.
Name one person to approve the sample and record every deviation, and a second owner for changes once production starts. Keep the signed sample with the width, edge, colour, and print notes, and reference it in the purchase order. If the factory cannot produce the same file on request, treat the spec as open rather than closed.
Run the checks at the first metres and again at the roll change, because width, edge, and colour are easiest to correct early and expensive to correct late. Log each check, name the inspector, and keep the record with the order.
