What is the MOQ for custom ribbon?
MOQ is confirmed by ribbon material, width, color, printing method, artwork version, packing and order schedule. Send the quantity per SKU so we can return the applicable minimum and a specification-based quote.
Can you print our logo on ribbon?
Yes. Custom ribbon with logo is our core business: 17 printing and finishing techniques (screen ink, foil, plastisol, puff, silicone, glitter, thick plate) backed by in-house designers. Send your artwork and we return a free design and a free sample.
Can you match a custom color (Pantone)?
We dye to your swatch across the full ribbon color range with lot-to-lot shade consistency on repeat orders. Pantone or a physical swatch can be used as the color target. The matching workflow, sample reference and any project-specific cost are confirmed after the ribbon material and decoration route are reviewed.
How long do sampling and production take?
Samples take 7-10 business days. Standard bulk production takes 2-4 weeks after sample approval; complex custom programs (custom printed or specially dyed) can take up to 60 days, confirmed in the quotation.
Which ribbon types can be customized?
All 9 ribbon families, satin, grosgrain, cotton, organza, velvet, special occasion, wired, festival and ribbon bows, in widths from 3mm to 100mm and materials including polyester, cotton, velvet, nylon and GRS-certified RPET recycled polyester.
