Who we are, how minimums work and what a quote needs. MOQ varies by ribbon type and customization; pricing is volume tiered.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Meedee Ribbon operates a factory in Xiamen, China, with 20+ years of OEM and ODM ribbon experience. All weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing happens in-house.
What is your MOQ for wholesale ribbon?
MOQ varies by ribbon type, width and customization level. For solid color ribbon, the MOQ is 3,000 yards per color per width. Contact us with your specifications and we will confirm the minimum order and volume-tiered pricing for your project.
Do you offer volume discounts on bulk ribbon orders?
Yes. We quote with volume-tiered pricing: the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. We do not publish fixed discount rates, because final price depends on material, width, print and quantity. Request a quote for exact pricing on your volume.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Material (satin, grosgrain, cotton, organza, velvet, wired or festival), width from 3-100mm, color, print artwork if any, quantity and destination port. The more precise your spec, the faster the quote. We reply within 24 hours.

Can you print our logo on the ribbon?
Yes. We run 17 printing and finishing techniques in-house, including screen ink, foil stamping, silicone, puff, plastisol and glitter. Custom logo, custom packaging and custom color matching are all standard services. Free design support is included.
What can be customized on a ribbon order?
Color, width (3-100mm), print design, material (polyester, cotton, velvet, nylon or RPET recycled polyester), logo printing and packaging. In-house designers prepare artwork and samples for your approval before production.
Which printing techniques do you offer for custom ribbon?
17 printing and finishing techniques: screen ink print, gold foil hot stamping, plastisol, puff print, silicone printing, thick plate screen, positioning glitter ink, 3D embossed print and ombre, among others. See the custom ribbon page for samples of each technique.
Can you match our brand colors (Pantone)?
Custom color matching is standard across our full dyeing range, with consistent lot-to-lot shade on repeat orders. Contact us for the specific Pantone matching workflow and any minimums. Send a color reference with your inquiry and we will confirm the approach.
Sampling & Lead Time
Free sample, free design and packaging solution on every order; standard production runs 2-4 weeks after sample approval.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. Three services are always free: Free Sample (test material and print before committing), Free Design (our designers create artwork for your approval) and Packaging Solution (custom packaging layout for your brand).
How long does a custom sample take?
Sample turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Samples themselves are free, and free design support is included, so you can evaluate material, color and print before placing a wholesale order. Contact us with your artwork to start.
What is the lead time for a ribbon order?
Standard orders ship in 2-4 weeks after sample approval. Custom printed orders take longer depending on design complexity and material sourcing. Your exact schedule is confirmed with the quote.
How far ahead should we order for holiday or wedding seasons?
Standard lead time is 2-4 weeks, but for peak seasons (Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day and wedding season) we recommend ordering at least one season ahead to secure production slots and dye lots.
Payment & Shipping
How pricing is built, how payment works and how ribbon leaves the factory for worldwide delivery.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are T/T (bank transfer). Contact us for the current deposit and balance structure on wholesale ribbon orders.
How is wholesale ribbon pricing calculated?
Factory-direct and volume tiered. Final price depends on material, width, print and quantity, with no middleman markup, produced in our Xiamen factory.
Which countries do you export to?
We export worldwide. A specific market list is available on request; export packaging is prepared to your market’s requirements either way.
How is ribbon packed for export?
Standard rolls come in 10, 25 and 100-yard lengths, packed in export cartons. Through our Packaging Solution service we also provide custom winding, spools, hang tags and branded cartons for retail-ready programs.

What certifications do you hold?
Three certifications plus an ethical audit: Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (textile safety), GRS (Global Recycled Standard for RPET materials), Sedex SMETA (ethical supply chain audit) and ISO 9001:2015 (quality management). Certificates are available on request for your compliance team.
Is your ribbon safe for skin contact and packaging?
Check the current OEKO-TEX certificate number, article and product class for the selected ribbon. Confirm suitability for the intended skin-contact or packaging application separately.
Do you offer recycled or eco friendly ribbon?
Yes. RPET recycled-polyester and natural cotton options can be reviewed for the proposed order. Request the selected article and material documents separately; do not infer that every style or dyeing process is covered by an OEKO-TEX certificate. Review the sustainability section for the document routes.
How do you control quality during production?
Three inspection gates run under ISO 9001:2015: incoming material inspection for yarn and dye stuffs, in-process checks for dye-lot shade, woven width (3-100mm) and print registration, and finished-goods inspection before export packaging.
